Flor Hermosa: Coffee and Plants in Richmond

Flor Hermosa in Richmond is one of the most instagrammable places to get coffee in the East Bay. It features a coffee stand (I tried the Flan Latte, which was delicious) situated in a stunningly beautiful plant nursery.

The nursery seems to specialize in succulents, which I love, and which are easy to care for throughout the East Bay. There are little shady hidden nooks to sit in, surrounded by greenery, a rusty van and other fun vintage decor, and a few tables if you want to sit with friends.

If, like me, you love both coffee and plants, I think you would love exploring the grounds at Flor Hermosa. It is located at 425 Cutting Blvd in Richmond, CA. It’s not in a residential area, but it isn’t far from either Point Richmond or the Marina Bay/Richmond Marina neighborhoods, and in my opinion, worth the drive even if you don’t live in Richmond.
